lower corner Deck
Overlooking Williamstown Beach, our multi-level deck has great vibes and magnificent sunset views. The Lower Corner Deck is located on the lower section of our deck, very close to the beach. Access to amenities is through the main dining room.
This space is perfect for casual gatherings, where you have access to your own space and then order food and drinks from our Beach Bar.
A pre-paid $500 bar tab is required to book this space, to be used on food and drinks however you like.
Grazing Boards: Choice of Meat, Crudite, or Cheese boards - $100 each. We recommend 1 board per 10 people.
Drinks: We recommend a selection of Sangria jugs, wine bottles, and Deeds beers in ice buckets.
Please note: Sebastian charges a $20 cakeage fee for any cakes on our Lower Corner Deck.

Booking Times
Available booking times are 12-2.45pm, 3-5.45pm and 6-8.45pm. Unfortunately time extensions are not available in this space, however double duration bookings are possible - speak to our team for more info.
Capacity
Suitable for groups of 15 to 30 people. The space has a mix of bench seats and picnic tables.
Booking Policy
- A $500 tab is required to be paid at the time of booking. This is fully refundable until 3 days prior to the booking date (except Dec where a 7 day cancellation policy applies).
- Grazing board pre-orders are required min 7 days prior to the event.
- We are not able to do ‘tentative holds’ of the space.
- We only take Deck group bookings Nov-Apr.
A few things to consider
Minimum Spends
In this space the only 'minimum spend' is the pre-paid $500 tab.
Drinks Service
Drinks can be pre-ordered to be available 'on arrival'. Then all additional food and drinks orders to be placed at the Beach Bar or via QR code.
Music
The Lower Corner Deck space is not able to have it's own musician or DJ. All music across the whole Deck, including the Lower Corner Deck, will be povided by Sebastian - we always play fun, playful, beachy music for all guests to enjoy.
Environmental considerations
Due to environmental considerations, we request no or minimal decorations in this space.
Wet weather back-up
Unfortunately we cannot guarantee a wet weather back-up. We acknowledge that wet weather is out of our control, so in the event of a cancellation within 3 days due to wet weather, 75% of the pre-paid catering package will be refunded (if grazing boards have been pre-ordered). This is because food supplies will have already been ordered.
