Full Venue
Sebastian is the most idyllic beach-side venue in Melbourne, with beautiful modern interiors in our magnificent Art Deco building. It has some of Melbourne’s best sunset views as the sun descends over Williamstown Beach.
A Whole Venue booking allows full access to all areas exclusively for your guests. Lunch in the dining room, a wedding ceremony or drinks on the deck, bands, DJs, outdoor dance floor – the possibilities are almost endless!
Whole Venue bookings are available February - November. Please read the information below before submitting an enquiry.

Booking Times
Booking duration is 7 hours, with a maximimum drinks pacakage duration of 6 hours.

Capacity
Up to 110 guests can be seated in our Main Dining Room, 85 seated in the Function Room, or the whole venue can be utilised for a cocktail party of up to 420 guests. A mix of high tables with stools and low tables with chairs can be placed around the venue.
Deposit & Payment
- Deposit is $2000. Deposits are fully refundable until 60 days prior to the booking date.
- Final numbers, dietary requirements and full payment for the food and beverage package is required minimum two weeks prior to the booking date.
- If any extras are requested on the day (e.g. requests for additional food or drinks) payment must be made at the time of ordering.

- We try our best but cannot guarantee any ‘tentative holds’.
A few things to consider
Venue Hire & Minimum Spends
There is a $2000 hire fee for full venue bookings. This is not included in the minimum spend.
Being a seasonal venue, our min spend to secure a space exclusively is highest during summer months. Our Functions team will be able to help navigate through the options for your event.
18th & 21st Birthdays
We are unable to host 18th and 21st birthday whole venue functions.
Large Seated Groups
Due to the layout of the building, seated groups larger than 110 guests will need to be split across two rooms for sit down meals.
Vendors
Vendors must ‘bump in’ and ‘bump out’ on the same day as the booking.
December & January
We do not take Full Venue bookings in December or January
